Posting Guidelines

To ensure a safe, legal, and trustworthy environment for all users, we have established the following posting guidelines. By listing an item on our platform, you agree to adhere to these rules. Failure to comply may result in the removal of your listing and/or the suspension or termination of your account.

1. Prohibited Products and Services

The following items are strictly prohibited from being listed on Tawadoo.ma:

• Illegal and Regulated Products:

  Any item that is illegal to sell, own, or possess under Moroccan law or international law is forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Firearms, Weapons, and Ammunition: All types of firearms, firearm components, ammunition, explosives, and weapons (including bladed weapons, tasers, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
  • Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia: The sale or promotion of illegal drugs, controlled substances, and any associated paraphernalia is not permitted. This includes prescription drugs without a valid prescription and over-the-counter drugs that are not legally approved for sale in Morocco.
  • Stolen Goods: Listing items that you do not have the legal right to sell, including stolen property, is strictly forbidden.
  • Counterfeit and Copyright-Infringing Items: The sale of counterfeit goods, replicas, or any items that infringe on a third party's intellectual property rights (e.g., trademarks, copyrights) is prohibited.

• Subscriptions and Digital Accounts:

  The sale of digital subscriptions, accounts, or services is not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Streaming Services: Subscriptions or accounts for services like Netflix, Spotify, Amazon Prime Video, or similar platforms.
  • Gaming Accounts: Video game accounts, in-game currency, or digital items.
  • Software Licenses: The sale of software licenses, keys, or digital downloads.

• Hazardous Materials: Listings for hazardous materials, chemicals, or substances that pose a risk to health and safety are prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, toxic materials, poisons, and flammable substances.

• Adult Content: Listings for pornography, sexually explicit materials, or any items that promote obscenity or sexually suggestive content are not permitted.

• Live Animals: The sale of live animals is not allowed on our platform.

2. Listing and Content Standards

• Accurate Descriptions: All listings must have a clear and accurate description of the item being sold. Misleading or false information is not permitted.

• Original Photos: Use original, high-quality photos of the actual item you are selling. Do not use stock photos or photos copied from other websites.

• No Spam or Duplicates: Do not post duplicate listings for the same item or use keywords to spam search results.

• Appropriate Language: All listings and communication must use respectful and appropriate language. Hate speech, discriminatory language, and harassment are strictly forbidden.

3. Enforcement

Tawadoo.ma reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any listing that violates these guidelines at its sole discretion. We may also suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly or severely violate these terms. By using our platform, you agree to cooperate with our team in any investigation of a potential violation.
