Everything is arranged to make finding what you need simple and effective.
Signing Up 🔑
Your journey on Tawadoo begins when you Sign Up. It's a quick process, and we highly recommend validating your phone number right away. This builds trust with sellers and makes communication much smoother.
A valid email address is essential for signing up. It ensures you receive important notifications about listings, offers, and messages. Our OTP (One-Time Password) verification adds an important layer of security to your account.
Searching & Filtering 🔎
The power of Tawadoo is in its search. You can look for anything from used items to properties, then use our filters to narrow your results. Refine by price, condition, seller type, and many other specific features. For example, if you know the exact car model, features, and price you want, you can set all those parameters to find your perfect match.
By Category
Browse listings by category and subcategory. As you select them, specific filters will appear, helping you pinpoint everything from second-hand electronics to professional services.
By Location
Find items right in your neighbourhood! Choose to "Specify a city" or address and set a kilometre range to see how far you're willing to travel for an item, job, or property.
By Ranking
Sort your results to fit your needs. You can rank listings by price (low to high or high to low) or by the date they were listed (newest or oldest first).
Understanding Listing Types
As you browse, you can filter by how you want to buy. If you just want a fixed price, choose Normal. If you're looking to negotiate, choose Accept Offers. And if you want the excitement of bidding, choose Host an Auction.
1. Normal
Sellers use this when they have a set price. It's quick, easy, and you know the cost upfront. If you're interested, you simply contact the seller directly to arrange the purchase.
Ready to buy? Just tap "Contact Seller" to connect.
2. Negotiable
This is a great way to negotiate a price, especially for used items. When a listing shows "Negotiable," the seller is open to deals. You can submit an offer, and the seller can accept it instantly to make a deal.
Want a better price? Tap "Make an Offer," submit your price, and connect if it's accepted.
3. Auction
Experience the thrill of bidding! Compete with other buyers to get a great price on unique finds. All auctions have an end date, so make sure you get your bid in before it ends. You can even set a maximum price you're willing to pay, and our system will bid for you up to that amount.
To join an auction, you'll need to place a small deposit using your Tawadoo Coins. This deposit is fully refunded to your wallet if you don't win the auction.

Browse Stores
You can buy with confidence from professional stores on Tawadoo. Simply filter your search for "Professional Sellers" to see listings from verified businesses. It's a great way to find deals from trusted sellers.
Favorites ❤️
Found a listing you love but aren't ready to buy? Tap the heart icon to save it to your "Favorites" section. You can find all your saved items in your dashboard, share them, or come back later to contact the seller.
Sharing 🔗
Found a great deal? Hit the share icon to send it to friends and family. Whether it's the perfect job for a friend or a new home for your family, sharing helps spread the word. Tawadoo lets you save your specific search filters and easily share those saved searches with colleagues, friends, and family.
How to Buy Safely
Tawadoo is a classifieds platform designed to connect you directly with sellers. We don't process payments or handle shipping. The transaction is between you and the other user.
When you find an item, contact the seller, make an offer, or place a bid. Once you're connected, we recommend you:
- Always arrange to meet in a safe, public place.
- Inspect the item thoroughly before you agree to buy.
- Pay only when you have the item. Avoid advance payments or money transfers.
- Keep an eye on your messages in your dashboard so you don't miss a reply.
Your Messages & Notifications
All your communications with sellers are stored in your Dashboard under My Activities > My Messages. This is the most secure way to communicate. If you've used a valid email, you should also get notifications there (check your spam folder just in case).
You'll also see a notification bell icon when you're logged in. Tap this to see all your latest updates at a glance.
Your Dashboard Explained
Your Dashboard is your central hub. Whether you're buying or selling, this is where you'll find your profile, manage your listings, track your bids, read messages, and see your activity on Tawadoo.
My Account
My Profile
Your profile is key to building trust. A complete and verified profile shows sellers you're a serious buyer. Your email is verified during sign-up.
Verify Your Phone Number
We strongly recommend verifying your phone number (ideally with WhatsApp). It's often the fastest way for users to connect. This is a key part of a trusted profile. Your number stays private unless you choose to display it on a listing.
If you don't have WhatsApp, email our support team, and we can help verify your number manually.
Update Your Photo
A profile photo adds a crucial human element. In a digital marketplace, it helps build trust and signals to others that you are a genuine and active member of the Tawadoo community.
A clear, friendly photo creates a positive first impression and can lead to higher engagement from other users.
Date of Birth
This information isn't visible to others, but it helps maintain the integrity of your profile. Plus, we'd love to wish you a Happy Birthday!
Password
For security, we recommend changing your password regularly. You can update it here. If you ever forget it, just use the "Forgot password?" link on the Sign In screen.
My Stores
If you're a professional seller, this is where you can manage your branded online store on Tawadoo.ma.
Statistics
For sellers, this section is vital. It shows your ad views, messages, and contact requests. These stats help you understand demand, see if your price is right, and know when to improve your listing (e.g., better photos, clearer description) to get better results.
You can filter your statistics by a specific ad or date range.
My Transactions
Track all your buying and selling activities here.
Add an Announcement
Click here to post your own listings and start selling.
My Announcements
See all your listings: Active, Draft, and Archived.
My Bids
Check the status of all auctions you've entered as a buyer, as well as bids you've received as a seller.
My Offers
Review all offers you've sent or received. You can filter them by status (pending, accepted, refused).
My Activities
My Messages
Find all your communications from buyers and sellers here. Good communication is key! Remember to close finished conversations and leave reviews to earn Tawadoo Coins.
My Searches
Here you'll find any searches you've saved. This is great if you're looking for a specific item. You can delete old searches or share them with friends, family and colleagues.
My Favorites
This is where all the listings and stores you've 'hearted' are saved for easy access. It's a quick way to find items you're thinking about buying.
My Portfolio
Manage your assets on Tawadoo.
My Wallet
Here you'll find your Tawadoo Coins balance. Coins are used for auction deposits or boosting your ads. See the "What are Tawadoo Coins?" page for more details on how to earn them.
